Code of Ethics

OTM.media is a neutral media platform which does not publish or endorse news, financial, political, or economic materials. As a legacy project and encyclopaedia of the human experience through space and time, OTM.media collects and presents information without censoring opinions or filtering out facts and events. In order to learn from their past and to build a better future, the next generations will benefit the most from knowing history with all its ups and downs. While we agree and encourage everyone to express their identity and beliefs freely, we have committed to work on our legacy project from a neutral and objective perspective which does not change, judge or modify reality as to make it align with certain societal norms. We do not desire that everyone share the same view on a given subject – diversity of opinion, while within lawful boundaries, is the driver of progress and truth can only be attained in polite dispute; the quest for truth is a joint, continuous effort and not a personal ‘revelation’ that others should be conditioned or coerced to accept.

• approach all content and all forum users from a neutral point of view and based on merit even if it conflicts your own views on life;

If the publication is untitled, the opening words of the publication must be used as title, but not in a way that, through abbreviation or another method, alters the message conveyed.
• The original content’s author’s name is displayed below the title without change or abbreviation.
• Any images included in the original publications are preserved and displayed in approximately the same position relevant to the text in the original publication.
• A direct link to the original content as published on our website is included at the end of the original content, clearly and prominently, and without change or abbreviation.
• The original content is not mixed or interspersed with other content. If original content is cited for the purposes of criticism or commentary, it may not be published in its entirety and only relevant sections of it may be cited without change or abbreviation that may alter in any way the message conveyed.
