All materials, publications, links, and photos published in the OTM.media Free Access Section are outsourced from the internet and OTM.media does not hold or claim ownership or authorship over them. This section contains copyrighted material, the use of which has not always been specifically authorised by the copyright owner. We are making such materials available to the general public for free, without modification and without any commercial involvement in our efforts to create an extensive online library of neutral scientific and empirical knowledge, artistic expressions, historical events, achievements in sports, intellectual pursuits and other aspects of the legacy project OTM.media has committed to. We believe this constitutes ‘fair use’ of any such copyrighted material as provided in the provisions for “fair dealing” in the Copyright Act, Chapter 63 of Singapore Statutes.

The OTM.media Free Access Section contains links to other sites that are not operated by OTM.media or ASAP Studio Pte Ltd. A third-party link directs to that third party’s site which we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Membership Access Section

The content of the OTM.media Membership Section is created by authors, photographers and writers who are either members of our OTM.team or have authorised OTM.media to use it commercially. Access to the Membership Section is provided in exchange for a monthly fee that helps cover technical maintenance costs and ensure fair payment to content creators.

Article Corrections & Ongoing Updates

If we discover that a correction or an update needs to be made, it will always be clearly labeled within an article. If you wish to propose a correction to a particular article, you can email us at hello@outside-the-matrix.com. Our team will carefully review any potential inaccuracies prior to making changes to a published story.

OTM.forum User’s Responsibility:

Every user (member) of OTM.media websites and forum shall 1) determine whether the Information and Code of Ethics comply with the User’s needs; 2) determine the credibility of statements and claims made by other users of the OTM.forum; 3) comply with any legal obligations, including but not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, and export laws; and 4) isolate Information, execute anti-contamination software and otherwise take steps to ensure that the Information, if contaminated or infected, will not damage the User’s information or system.

In no event shall OTM.media or its owner ASAP Studio Pte Ltd be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the Information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the Information provided by our websites or via OTM.forum.

In no event will OTM.media or ASAP Studio Pte Ltd, its heirs or assigns, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or
